changing secondary
jus a quik question,
i noticed that profession changers say u have to be ascended or closer to the stars to change your profession (prophecies and factions), so does that mean that nightfall only accounts cant change their secondary? thanx, |

You can change your secondary as soon as that NPC shows up in the Command Post. You have to finish the "Building a Base" quests.
